Chalet Perles des Alpes is located in an idyllic neighbourhood of Haute-Nendaz at 1550m (4600 feet) altitude in the Swiss Alps, on the South side of the Rhone Valley. An intimate area, far enough from the busy centre of the alpine resort to appreciate the peace and tranquillity of the Swiss Alps, but close enough to enjoy its amenities. The chalet has a sunny location in tranquil and natural setting, without traffic, and is adjacent a stream, alpine meadow and upland forests. Chances are that you will see deer from the chalet deck. The chalet is not overlooked by neighbouring chalets, offering maximum privacy. The truly uninterrupted, breathtaking views, extend around three sites of the chalet, overlooking the Alps and the Rhone Valley. Also at night, you enjoy enchanted views of lighted castles, villages and Sion, vibrating on the mountain slopes, which peak over 4000 m (13000 feet), set against a brilliant starry sky... Something you will remember.
The lively 4-seasons resort center of Haute-Nendaz is just at 800m walking distance (15 minutes), or a few minutes by car. Haute-Nendaz offers large super markets, shops, sport rentals, bars, restaurants, tourist office, a superb spa (inside and outside pools, sauna, hammam, ice cave, etc.), tennis, open-air swimming pool, children playing field, etc, etc.
A paved dead end road towards the chalet turns apr. 75 meters before the chalet into an unpaved access road, uphill. You can drive up this road to apr. 50m distance from the chalet to unload your luggage. The footpath towards the chalet is partly paved with steps, for an easy walk. Your car can be parked in a private parking space, at a short walk from the chalet.
